2025 Medicare Parts A & B Premiums and Deductibles

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released the deductible and premium costs for Medicare Part B for 2025.

2025 Part B premium: $185 (up from $174.70 in 2024)

2025 Part B deductible $257 (up from $240 in 2024)
