2026 Medicare Parts A & B Premiums and Deductibles

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released the deductible and premium costs for Medicare Part B for 2025.

2026 Part B premium: $202.90 (up from $185 in 2025)

2026 Part B deductible $283 (up from $257 in 2025)
